Minimum processing time: 7 working days.
Per party/organization: maximum 1 permit per week at the same station.
Non‑commercial promotions: handouts = maximum half‑day; stands = minimum full day.
Morning: starts with the departure of the first train and ends at 12:00. Afternoon: 12:00 until the arrival of the last train.
To upload with the booking request: photo/PDF of all handout items; photo/PDF of wheeled distribution containers (if used) for handout actions; photo/PDF of the stand concept and views of all stand elements for stand actions; contact details of the responsible person (name, e‑mail, phone).
No commercial logos or sponsorships allowed on handout items.
Maximum stand size for non‑commercial stand actions: 3 × 3 m (9 m²).
Requests will be refused if the requirements are not met.
